Join Ungapped and Profinder as our Growth Marketing Lead for Sweden, taking senior ownership of how we attract the right customers, generate demand and turn marketing into measurable business growth.

As part of our central Group Marketing team, you’ll combine growth strategy with hands-on execution across the customer journey - from awareness and lead generation to qualified opportunities, pipeline and revenue. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and the wider Group Marketing team, you’ll translate business priorities into a clear local growth strategy, test new ideas and continuously optimise performance.

Reporting directly to the Group CMO, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we grow in Sweden, share insights and best practices across the Group, and help build a scalable, data-driven Growth engine.

What you will own

• Own and execute the Growth strategy for Sweden across Ungapped and Profinder.

• Translate business and Sales priorities into focused growth plans, campaigns and channel priorities.

• Own demand generation across relevant channels, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Develop and optimise campaigns across the funnel – from awareness and lead generation to MQLs, qualified meetings and Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.

• Own the Swedish Growth funnel and performance view, using data to identify opportunities and improve conversion.

• Work closely with Sales on ICP, target audiences, lead quality, qualification, handovers and commercial priorities.

• Use performance data, experimentation and testing to continuously improve acquisition and conversion.

• Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, segments and products.

• Work with Product Marketing to activate clear positioning, messaging and customer value propositions in Growth activity.

• Contribute to shared Group Growth processes, ways of working and best practices across markets.

• Share insights, learnings and best practices with colleagues across the Group to strengthen our collective Growth capabilities.

• Explore and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve Growth strategy, campaign development, experimentation, analysis and execution.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial understanding and a strong hands-on mindset.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Growth, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing or a similar commercially focused marketing role.

• Experience taking ownership of market-level growth strategy, not only individual campaigns or channels.

• A strong understanding of the B2B funnel and how Marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and digital tracking is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear actions and priorities.

• Experience working closely with Sales and other commercial stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with digital acquisition and campaign optimisation across relevant channels.

• The ability to balance strategic thinking with getting things done.

• An AI-native mindset – curious and proactive about emerging AI tools, technologies and ways of working, with a strong interest in applying AI to improve marketing strategy, execution, experimentation, analysis and productivity.

• Strong ownership, prioritisation and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Role focus

This role is primarily focused on measurable demand generation, digital acquisition and funnel optimisation, rather than general marketing coordination, communications or brand activities.

You will combine central Group Growth priorities with senior ownership of the Swedish market. We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between strategy, analysis and hands-on execution.

Location

The role is based in Sweden and sits within our central Group Marketing organisation. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

You will work closely with teams and stakeholders across Liana, Ungapped and Profinder, as well as colleagues across different markets.
