Ready to lead something exciting? We're looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Manager to play a key role in the continued growth and success of Driftwood Restaurant at our beautiful Rivershore Holiday Park.

As Rivershore expands with incredible new accommodation and guest experiences, you'll be at the heart of it all. Leading a passionate team, creating memorable dining experiences, and helping shape the future of one of the region's most exciting hospitality destinations.

In this Role, You’ll 

• Lead a vibrant venue team and create the kind of welcoming experiences that turn a great holiday into an unforgettable one.
• Keep the venue humming day-to-day, from leading shifts and building great rosters to coaching your team and helping them thrive.
• Stay on top of stock, suppliers and costs, making sure the restaurant is well-stocked, runs smoothly and delivers a fantastic experience for every guest.
• Champion high standards across food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety, creating an environment where guests and team members feel comfortable and cared for.
• Keep everything running by the book, from licensing and compliance to cash handling, POS systems and operational best practice.

• Know how to build great teams, create smart rosters and help people grow through coaching, support and encouragement.

• Have a commercial mindset and understand how good stock control, planning and supplier management contribute to a successful venue.
• Stay calm when things get busy, aren’t afraid to jump in where needed, and lead by example.
