Care Assistant Pay Rates

Day Care

• £14.5 per hour weekdays

• £15.5 per hour weekends

Additional Benefits

• Work for a CQC Outstanding rated provider

• 35p per mile mileage allowance

• 1.5x or 2x pay on holiday

• Paid travel time

• Paid Shadowing before working independently

• 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata)

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but every visit matters.

You will support clients in their own homes by:

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Encouraging independence and wellbeing

• Assisting with personal care

• Supporting with washing, dressing and grooming

• Administering or prompting medication

• Supporting mobility and moving & handling

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Helping with shopping and errands

• Light housekeeping duties

• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings

You'll finish each shift knowing you've genuinely improved someone's day.

Award-Winning Training & Support

Our comprehensive training programme will give you everything you need to become a confident and professional Care Assistant.

You'll receive:
