Our Creative Operations Team

Our Creative Operations team is the engine that powers the delivery of high-quality, impactful creative work. We sit at the heart of the business, partnering with designers, marketers, writers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life—on time, on brand, and at scale.

About You

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Producer to join our dynamic production team. Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Producer, you will lead and manage all elements of production across mid weight campaign and social content, working closely with our in-house creative and product teams. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across pre-production, shoot days, and post-shoot wrap, while maintaining high standards and driving efficiency across all workflows.

You will have production and project management experience and a wealth of creative contacts to collaborate with. You thrive in a fast paced environment and aren’t phased by the unknown but rather enjoy tackling challenges and are solution based.

You’ll be responsible for:

Production Leadership / General

• Own and manage end-to-end production workflows for all mid-weight campaigns and social content, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.

• Act as the key liaison between product, creative, and styling teams, ensuring all relevant teams are briefed and prepared for upcoming shoots.

• Drive improvements in production systems and product processes, maintaining the role of “product guardian” across all projects.

• Budget allocation and management, ensuring that profitability efficiencies are at the forefront of mind.

• Lead weekly product and sample update meetings for your projects, flagging risks early and resolving any delays in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Keep the Senior Producer regularly informed of topline updates, key project milestones, and any risks or delays across active productions.

• Provide guidance and support to the Junior Producer and Production Assistant across their projects, encouraging their development, building their confidence and creating opportunities for learning through teaching moments where possible.

• Support the Senior Producer on larger-scale campaign productions and international shoots, working collaboratively to manage logistics, timelines, and on-set execution.

Pre-Production

• Lead all pre-production planning and logistics, ensuring shoot readiness across teams.

• Prepare detailed casting decks in collaboration with the creative team, aligning talent selections with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.

• Manage model casting process for agency and Oner talent from end to end, including outreach, agency/partnerships liaison, optioning, and final confirmations.

• Liaise with location partners to secure and book shoot spaces, permits, and necessary paperwork.

• Work closely with Production Assistant to distribute call sheets, production schedules, and risk assessments for all shoots.

• Update and manage internal PPM documents and shoot decks, outlining all critical information for internal and external teams.

• Book studio spaces and coordinate crew availability, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.

• Support with budget tracking by saving and submitting receipts, invoices, and expenses.

• Create, manage and communicate detailed shoot schedules, ensuring timings are realistic, all departments are aligned and the day runs smoothly. Keep schedules updated as needed and communicate any changes to the relevant teams.

• Oversee and brief production assistant to organise and prepare all shoot materials, including product samples, props, wardrobe, styling kits and talent gift bags.

On-Set Production

• Oversee and lead all aspects of shoot day operations—managing crew, talent, schedules, and setup in coordination with the lead producer.

• Ensure product organisation and styling prep is on schedule, collaborating with the stylist on product readiness.

• Supervise set logistics including product transport, craft services, BTS content setup, and production materials.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-set issues in real time, ensuring the day runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure crew and models feel comfortable, supported and looked after, maintaining a positive atmosphere and high energy on set throughout the day.
  

Post-Shoot & Wrap

• Oversee the full post-shoot process, ensuring all products, samples, and props are unpacked, accounted for, and stored properly for future use.

• Manage budget reconciliation for your projects, ensuring all production expenses are accurately reported to Senior Producer and are tracked, coded, and submitted in a timely manner.

• Liaise with the finance team to process invoices, confirm payment details, and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain and update the production budget tracker, ensuring it reflects all actual costs against forecast.

• Compile post-shoot documentation and learnings for internal reference and future planning.

• Act as point of contact for all post-shoot logistical wrap, including sample returns and crew/vendor follow-ups.

Team Support & Flexibility

• Provide support across Production Assistant responsibilities during periods of sickness or annual leave, ensuring continuity in daily operations and shoot readiness.

• Willingly step into hands-on tasks such as product steaming, packing, tracking, and general shoot support when necessary to ensure the smooth running of production.

• Maintain a collaborative, team-first mindset and be ready to adapt to shifting needs across the production pipeline.

• Contribute to improving production workflows, supplier relationships and ways of working across the campaigns team.

Additional Details

This role is 3 days a week in-office and on-set. While we support hybrid working, attendance at shoot locations (including international travel) is a key component of the role.
