About Team:

• Join our collaborative Digital Marketing HUB, working alongside experienced marketing analysts and marketing specialists across multiple international markets.

• Partner closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, country marketing teams, analysts, CRM specialists, and creative partners to drive customer acquisition and business growth through data-driven digital advertising.

• As you'll collaborate daily with both international and local stakeholders, professional fluency in English and Polish is essential for effective communication and successful collaboration.

This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:

• Digital Marketing: Own and evolve our paid acquisition strategy, translating commercial priorities into effective channel, audience, bidding and optimisation approaches across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and other relevant paid media solutions. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, growth and profitability.

• Financial Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for approximately €4 million of annual paid media investment. Plan, forecast and dynamically allocate budgets across products, campaigns and channels, balancing growth, efficiency, customer economics and risk to maximise the commercial return from our investment.

• Performance Measurement and Analytics: Bring together advertising, customer, conversion, attribution and commercial data to understand what is driving performance. You’ll monitor CPA/CAC, ROAS, conversion and acquisition volumes, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and turn complex findings into clear investment decisions and corrective actions.

• Innovation and Experimentation: Shape the paid media experimentation and optimisation agenda, defining hypotheses, testing priorities and measurement approaches. You’ll challenge established practices where needed, explore new platform capabilities and determine when successful approaches are ready to scale.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Act as a trusted subject-matter expert to senior Marketing stakeholders and collaborate across Analytics, CRM, Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance and Creative teams. You’ll provide authoritative recommendations, constructively challenge assumptions and bring different perspectives together to improve the end-to-end acquisition funnel.

• Governance and Risk Management: Establish strong paid media standards covering campaign architecture, targeting, bidding, automation, measurement, attribution and optimisation. You’ll ensure our advertising operates effectively within a regulated financial-services environment, proactively managing compliance, platform, reputational and performance risks.

• Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

• Significant experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition, with expert-level knowledge of Google advertising platforms including Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max, alongside strong expertise in automation, measurement, attribution and optimisation. Experience with other paid advertising platforms and programmatic lead buying will also be valuable.

• A strong track record of independently managing substantial paid media portfolios and making investment decisions at scale. Experience with multimillion-euro annual budgets and demonstrable improvements in customer acquisition, CPA/CAC, ROAS, conversion or profitability would be particularly relevant.

• Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability, with experience translating complex performance and customer data into forecasts, investment scenarios and strategic recommendations. You’ll be comfortable solving non-routine performance, tracking, attribution and platform challenges where there may not be an established answer.

• Confidence operating as a senior subject-matter expert without formal line-management authority – influencing senior stakeholders, working across functions, managing platform and agency relationships, and building the capability of others through coaching, knowledge sharing and expert workshops.

• Experience working with advertising requirements in a regulated environment, ideally financial services, together with a good understanding of consumer protection, GDPR, advertising compliance and platform policy enforcement.

• Google Ads or Google Analytics certification would be an advantage.
