Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description:

1. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

• Plan, create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Draft, build, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys/workflows for both B2B and B2C audience segments.
• Manage audience segmentation, lead nurturing programs, and campaign personalization through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain and optimize CRM databases to ensure data quality, audience targeting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with copywriting and content development for paid media ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established KPIs and business objectives.
• Generate regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives, including influencer identification, outreach, campaign coordination, content review, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
• Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising channels.
• Research and analyze competitor activities, digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to website content, landing pages, digital customer journeys, and overall user experience.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing contribution to business growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to continuously improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brevo, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar systems.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including influencer sourcing, campaign management, content coordination, performance tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, customer lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer data management, and campaign performance measurement.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and website optimization principles is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

3. Preferred Skills 

HubSpot and Salesforce CRM experience. Experience with lead scoring, workflow automation, and customer journey mapping. Experience managing influencer agencies and content creators. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for email and digital campaigns. Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing customization is a plus.
