ABOUT THE HIGH

The High brings art, ideas, and people together to amplify the importance of artistic expression, envision a better future, and positively change Atlanta.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The High Museum of Art’s Learning and Civic Engagement Department is committed to creating accessible, engaging experiences with art that allow visitors to gain new understandings of art and ideas, develop their creative and technical art-making skills, and connect more deeply with themselves, each other, the museum, and the arts more broadly. Rooted in the museum’s guiding principles—growth, inclusivity, connectivity, collaboration, optimism—and the education methods of the department, the Coordinator of Lifelong Learning will work on many aspects of programming for older adult audiences, including public-facing programs, select community partnerships, and older adult group visits.
