We are looking for a Senior Growth Architect who can turn promising ideas into businesses that reach and win real customers – someone who combines strategic growth thinking with hands-on execution.

This isn't a role where you develop a go-to-market strategy and hand it over. You will work from early validation and positioning to launch, customer acquisition and scaling – testing channels, setting up campaigns and using real market data to figure out what drives growth.

What you will be doing

Validate, launch & grow

• Develop and execute validation, launch, go-to-market and scaling strategies for new businesses and products.

• Test value propositions, positioning, channels and acquisition strategies with real customers.

• Translate customer and market insights into concrete growth experiments and actions.

• Help ventures move from early validation toward launch, traction and scalable growth.

Build & optimize growth

• Plan, set up and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant paid channels.

• Develop lead-generation strategies and build funnels that turn interest into customers.

• Analyze campaign and funnel performance and use data to continuously improve acquisition and conversion.

• Identify and test the right mix of growth channels for each venture and market.

Lead projects & work with our clients

• Take ownership of growth-focused projects and workstreams, including client collaboration, quality and delivery.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across growth, venture building, product and design.

• Work directly with client stakeholders and become a trusted sparring partner on growth, marketing and go-to-market topics.

• Coach colleagues and bring your growth expertise into our broader venture-building work.

What you need to be successful in this role

You might come from growth marketing, performance marketing, venture building, a startup or scale-up, consulting or a combination of these worlds.

What matters most is that you bring:

• Several years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, go-to-market or venture building.

• Strong performance marketing expertise and hands-on experience setting up, running and optimizing campaigns.

• Experience developing and executing validation, launch, go-to-market and scaling strategies.

• A strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion funnels and growth metrics.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong client skills and comfort working in ambiguity.

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.110,00. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
