The program 

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our IT Service Desk Team as a volunteer. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, asset management, user access management within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The opportunity 

• Provide first-level technical support to staff, including hardware, software troubleshooting over the phone and in person.
• Help maintain the IT inventory in the local head office.
• Help maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation.
• Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or audits.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Service Desk team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

The impact 

As IT Service Desk volunteer, you will assist with day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and project-based tasks to help maintain and improve our IT services.

Application requirements

• For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross. 
• You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV
