The Technical Administration Assistant is in charge for administrative work in the production process and reporting to customers.

Tasks include interaction with assigned customers and the Operations team members; collect and update to customers in time of production data, schedules, and progress to input information to the database, prepare internal and external production reports; ensuring accuracy and timeliness as requested by customers; and other work depending on the project.

Functioning as a liaison between Customers and the Operations Teams, it is essential for this role to project a professional company image through in-person and online interaction.



What You Will Do:

• Làm việc với các bộ phận nội bộ liên quan cũng như các thành viên nhóm hoặc/và làm việc với khách hàng được giao về các yêu cầu về quy trình thông tin liên quan đến công việc
• Kết hợp các thủ tục và hệ thống hành chính kỹ thuật để đưa ra các cách hợp lý để thực hiện theo các quy trình đã thống nhất. Đảm bảo luồng thông tin và báo cáo thông suốt, đầy đủ để tạo thuận lợi cho hoạt động kinh doanh của MiTek và khách hàng
• Sửa đổi báo cáo, quy trình theo các yêu cầu thay đổi của khách hàng cùng với sự đồng thuận của các bộ phận thuộc khối Vận hành và các bộ phận chức năng liên quan
• Hỗ trợ cho việc phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng mới để tối đa hóa việc phát triển kinh doanh cho thành công bền vững lâu dài của MiTek
• Đóng góp xây dựng môi trường làm việc thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và hiệu suất cao cho đội ngũ Hành chính kỹ thuật
• Tiếp tục đóng góp cho sự phát triển của MiTek bằng cách hỗ trợ khách hàng và đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ cao cấp nhất cho tất cả khách hàng
• Tham gia vào các dự án hoặc hoạt động cải tiến liên tục của công ty
• Phát triển kỹ năng tiếng Anh vì đó là một phần của việc cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tốt

• Work with internal relevant stakeholders as well as team members and/or work with assigned customers on production information process requirements
• Coordinate procedures and technical administrative systems and come up with ways to align with streamline processes. Ensuring a smooth and complete flow of information and production reports to facilitate the business of MiTek and customers
• Modify reports and processes according to customer's changing requirements with the agreement with the Operations and related functional departments
• Support in developing relationships with new customers to maximize business development for MiTek's long-term sustainable success
• Support to achieve an integrated, staff-oriented, high-performance culture for the Technical Administration team
• Continue to grow the MiTek family by supporting customers and ensuring the highest service for all customers
• Participating in the company's ongoing improvement projects or activities
• Develop English skills as it's part of providing good customer service
• Other reasonable assigned duties

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng
• Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) B1 hoặc tương đương
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng vi tính văn phòng
• Có khả năng học các phần mềm mới
• Khả năng nhập liệu, đối chiếu, đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác, quản lý dữ liệu và chú ý đến chi tiết
• Hiểu được tính chất dịch vụ khách hàng nội bộ cũng như khách hàng bên ngoài của công ty.

• University or College degree
• English level (CEFR) B1 or equivalent
• Experience in office computing skills
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to input, cross-check, ensure the accuracy, manage data and pay attention to detail
• Understanding the philosophy of internal customer service as well as external customers of the company.
