Role Purpose

Nonsuch Mansion, Cheam, SM3 8AL
 £13.71 per hour  | 24-30 Hours per Week

Are you a passionate barista with supervisory experience and a love for delivering outstanding customer service? Join the team at the beautiful Nonsuch Mansion and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to step into a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working within one of Surrey's most stunning heritage venues, you'll help lead the café team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every customer receives a warm welcome.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day café operations and supporting the smooth running of service
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, beverages, and food items
• Supervising the team during shifts and helping to maintain exceptional service standards
• Supporting both front and back of house operations as required
• Assisting with stock control, cleanliness, and food safety procedures
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, Café Supervisor, or Hospitality Supervisor
• Strong coffee knowledge and confidence in preparing a range of espresso-based drinks
• A hands-on approach with the flexibility to support across different areas of the business
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
