About the Venue

Rhubarb London Events is a leading premium catering and events company, renowned for delivering exceptional food, service, and unforgettable experiences across some of London's most iconic venues. From elegant weddings and corporate functions to large-scale public events, we combine creativity, attention to detail, and operational excellence to bring every occasion to life.

Role Purpose

Are you passionate about weddings, events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are seeking a Sales & Events Executive to join our sales team, supporting event sales across two beautiful Grade II listed venues in Cheam and Ewell.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and events career in a dynamic hospitality environment. You'll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings, delivering outstanding client service, and working closely with our Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery from enquiry through to event day.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Good to Know

Due to the weddings-focused nature of our venues, flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working.

The role involves regular travel between our venues in Cheam and Ewell, so candidates with their own reliable transport will be at an advantage. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.

We offer a welcoming and supportive working environment, ongoing training and development opportunities, and the chance to build your career within a growing events and hospitality business while working across two stunning heritage venues.

Our Inclusion Commitments

OVG is for everyone. Diversity drives innovation, strengthens our people, improves our service, and raises our excellence.  Wherever you come from, wherever you are going, we’d love to hear from you.

If you need any additional support or adjustments with your application, let us know and we will work with you to ensure you have everything you need.

Employee Screening and Eligibility to Work

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
