Are you a native Dutch speaker ready to kickstart an unforgettable adventure? If you’ve been dreaming of trading gray skies and rain for 300+ days of Mediterranean sunshine, beautiful beaches, and a vibrant social scene, this is your sign!
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated young professionals to join our international team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the voice of one of the world’s leading multinational automotive groups (think iconic, legendary car brands that everyone knows and loves). You will help customers across Europe navigate their journeys, all while building a fantastic international network and enjoying the ultimate work-hard, play-hard lifestyle.
No previous experience in the automotive industry? No worries! We provide fully paid, top-tier training to get you up to speed. All you need is a passion for helping people, a positive attitude, and a desire to live life to the fullest in Greece.
What You'll Do Every Day (Your Vibe)
- Be the Hero: Handle incoming queries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email, solving first-level questions regarding product info, pricing, and brand websites.
- Keep it Organized: Update and maintain customer records in our CRM tool like a pro.
- Guide the Way: Assist users with website navigation and help them connect with local dealers or track their order status.
- Team Up: Work closely with a dynamic team of 25+ international colleagues, sharing insights, celebrating wins, and collaborating in English.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level Dutch speaker with a solid command of English (B2+), as our training, systems, and global team meetings are in English.
- Tech Savvy: Good basic PC skills (Windows, MS 365) and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Mindset: An open-minded, communicative personality who loves problem-solving and is excited about relocating to Greece.
- Bonus Points: A general interest in cars or the automotive world is a cool plus, but definitely not a dealbreaker!
- Flexibility: Ready to smash your goals from Monday to Friday (with occasional readiness for a Weekend shift if needed).
Benefits
We’ve got you completely covered from the moment you say "Yes!" to the adventure:
- Complete Relocation Package: Paid flight tickets to Greece, airport pickup, and support finding your dream apartment.
- Competitive Salary: Great local salary with extra bonuses (plus 2 extra salaries per year!).
- Paid Training: 16 days of comprehensive, expert-led training + 1 week of nesting to make sure you feel 100% confident.
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health and insurance benefits package.
- Epic Company Culture: Fun team events, casual dress code, and an incredibly diverse, social community of young expats.
- Career Growth: Endless opportunities to step up into management, quality assurance, or training roles within a massive global company.
