Junior Buyer - Categorie Protette L68

For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.

More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.

Procurement, we are dedicated to the daily evolution and optimization of the entire purchasing value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of supplier relationships, defining competitive contractual terms and conditions and monitoring the main drivers of efficiency and sustainability. We are committed to strengthening a more and more data-driven function, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a tangible impact on the Group's innovation and growth.

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to drive efficiency and value in the purchasing department through data-driven decisions and effective relationship management.

Your role at a glance:

• Participate in strategic negotiations regarding the procurement/purchasing department;
• Conduct supplier scouting based on business needs;
• Monitor spending trends and contract renewals;
• Collaborate with other Business Units and both internal and external stakeholders;
• Act as the main point of contact between the Department and external suppliers, with a view to optimizing existing processes.

What skills are we looking for?

• Degree in Economics, Statistical Sciences, or Management Engineering;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and priority-management skills;
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers and data interpretation;
• Ability to build quantitative and qualitative analyses;
• Nice to Have: previous experience within a procurement/purchasing office.

Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:

• ENTREPRENEURSHIP — the engine behind everything we do. We push to excel, innovate, and raise the bar — for ourselves and for the company. We are proactive, accountable, and customer-obsessed, always ready to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary results.

• INNOVATION — our north star. We navigate a world rich in diverse experiences, knowledge, and perspectives — and we're not afraid to experiment or fail. We build environments where bold ideas thrive.

• INCLUSION — the foundation of how we relate to one another. Every individual brings a unique story and perspective. We champion a workplace where those differences aren't just accepted — they're valued.

What we offer:

We believe our relationship with our people is built on trust, clear goals and full autonomy in how to reach them. With AI at our side, we spend more time on the work that creates real value: thinking, creating, innovating and making decisions. Here, work is measured by the quality of each contribution, the results achieved and the ownership everyone takes. It's this vision, built over time, that made our 4-day week a natural next step: one extra day every week for what matters to you.

  For us, being on-site makes sense when it improves the way we work: you come in when collaboration with colleagues makes a difference, not for presence, but for effectiveness.
