Our mission is to show the world how to move. We are now looking for a driven Sales Executive to own Norway's growth - from open pipeline to signed contract.

ExorLive was founded in 2003. The platform today has more than 125,000 users and 9,500+ exercises, all produced and quality-assured by physiotherapists, plus 17 million+ training programmes. We serve two distinct markets: the public sector (municipalities, home care, rehab, regions, hospitals) and private (clinics, fitness chains, education) - different buying processes, one platform. We are active in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and growing.

About the role

As Sales Executive in Norway, you take over ExorLive's home market - an established customer base, a strong culture and deep domain knowledge. What it needs now is front-foot momentum and a structured motion for the big deals: regions, health trusts (helseforetak), rehab institutions, and large clinics and chains.

You take over the large-deal motion historically driven by our leadership, and own it end to end. You join a Norwegian team of 3 with deep domain knowledge and strong customer relationships - and a Nordic sales organisation that shares playbooks across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. You report to ExorLive's Nordic Sales Lead, with close involvement from the CEO. There is a real path to grow into country sales lead for the right person.

What you'll do

• Own the full sales cycle end to end - from first contact to signed contract

• Open and own the large-deal motion into regions, health trusts, rehab institutions, and large clinics and chains

• Bring pace and a winning mentality into an established team

• Navigate public procurement: frameworks, tenders and long, political buying cycles

• Run direct B2B sales into clinics, large chains and other private buyers in parallel

• Build and prioritise your own territory - hybrid, in-market, self-driven

• Keep your pipeline clean: CRM discipline and forecast accuracy, as a way of working - not an afterthought

• Hand over signed deals cleanly to our CSM / Implementation team

• Share what works with the rest of the Nordic team - be the person who lifts everyone around you

Who we're looking for

You thrive on owning a complex sales process from first contact to signed contract, and you are comfortable being the one who opens doors without a ready-made setup to lean on.

• You bring front-foot energy and a winning mentality - motivated by concrete targets, and you lift the team around you

• You stay patient and persistent through long, political buying cycles

• You build trust quickly and keep relationships warm over time

• You are structured, self-driven and good at prioritising your own pipeline

• You teach the customer something new about their own problem and are comfortable with constructive tension

• You communicate well in Norwegian and English

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B/B2G SaaS sales, with a documented track record of closing complex deals - revenue numbers, not just activity

• Background from SaaS, health-tech or digital tools sold into healthcare or the public sector

• Comfortable selling to both public-sector and private B2B buyers - experience with public procurement, framework agreements and tenders is an advantage, not a requirement

• Experience from complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes in healthcare and the public sector

• Experience selling to regions, hospitals or large chains

• Credibility with senior decision-makers - the standing to be taken seriously by a region or hospital decision-maker
