Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer will support the Design and Marketing teams in creating engaging visual content across digital, social media, video, motion graphics, presentations, campaigns, events, and internal communication.

The role requires a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, basic multimedia production skills, strong visual awareness, and practical knowledge of AI-powered creative tools. The selected candidate should be willing to learn, experiment with new technologies, and use AI responsibly to improve creative exploration and production efficiency.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• • Create social media posts, digital advertisements, website visuals, banners, presentations, email graphics, and campaign materials
  • Adapt approved designs into different formats, dimensions, languages, and platforms
  • Follow INGOT’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all visual materials
  • Prepare artwork and production-ready files for digital and print use
  • Support the team with image editing, retouching, compositing, and visual enhancements
  Multimedia and Motion Design
  • Create basic motion graphics, animated social media content, video transitions, and promotional videos
  • Edit short-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and internal communication
  • Add typography, music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic animation to video content
  • Assist senior designers and motion designers with larger multimedia projects
  • Organize project files, footage, design assets, and final exports
    
    
  AI-Assisted Creative Production
  • Use AI tools to support concept development, brainstorming, mood boards, storyboards, image generation, video exploration, and design variations
  • Write and refine prompts to achieve more accurate and brand-relevant creative results
  • Enhance AI-generated outputs using Adobe applications before using them in final designs
  • Review AI-generated content for visual quality, accuracy, originality, brand suitability, and potential errors
  • Follow company policies regarding confidential information, copyrighted materials, licensing, and responsible AI use
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and identify practical opportunities to improve the team’s workflow
    
    
  Collaboration and Workflow
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, marketing team members, and other stakeholders
  • Receive feedback professionally and apply requested amendments accurately
  • Manage assigned tasks according to priorities, deadlines, and project requirements
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team meetings
  Submit completed work to the Head of Design or assigned senior team member for quality review before final delivery
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to two (2) years of relevant professional, internship, or freelance experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital content creation, multimedia, motion graphics, and/or video editing
• Good understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Interest in financial markets, fintech, digital marketing, or trading-related content is considered a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Firefly, AI image-generation tools, AI video-generation tools, AI-assisted editing and upscaling tools, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is considered an advantage

AI Knowledge:

• Understand the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools
• Create effective prompts for generating images, videos, creative concepts, and design variations
• Use reference images and art direction to guide AI-generated outputs
• Identify and correct common AI-generated visual errors
• Integrate AI-generated assets into Adobe Creative Cloud workflows
• Review, verify, and refine AI-generated content before publications
• Use AI tools responsibly and avoid uploading confidential company, employee, or customer information to unauthorized platforms
• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI-powered creative workflows.
