Location: Sydney CBD (Barangaroo)
Base Salary: $65,000 + Bonuses + Super
On-Target Earnings: $78,000 – $91,000 + Super in your first year

Hours: Monday-Friday rotating roster with 8.5 hour days (37.5 hour weeks) between 08:00 and 17:00.

What you’ll be doing

• Talk with customers over the phone about life insurance products

• Understand their needs and guide them through policy options

• Support customers in making confident, informed decisions

• Hit individual and team sales targets in a structured, warm-lead environment

What we're looking for

• Clear, confident communicators who enjoy helping people

• A growth mindset and the desire to learn and develop

• A proactive attitude, with resilience and reliability

• Previous customer facing experience is helpful, but not required

What to expect from the interview process

We want this to be a great fit for both you and us. Our process is designed to give you a real feel for the role and help us understand your strengths:

1. 20-minute video meet and greet – we'll send you a welcome video and, if you like to what you hear, book yourself in with our recruitment team and get a feel for what we do as well as have any immediate questions answered

2. 30-minute video interview – meet with one of our Sales Managers as we test for transferrable and core skills

1. 30-minute in-person meet and greet at our Barangaroo office, including a conversation with the Contact Centre Manager about a day in the life of the role, a tour around your potential new digs, and time for you to ask any questions you have

Working hours & location

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Barangaroo office, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 5:00pm: shifts include 08:00-16:30 and 08:30-17:00. This means no weekends and no late-night shifts. Pay is fortnightly, with bonuses paid out monthly. Once your training is complete and you've passed probation (usually 6 months) you'll have the opportunity to work from home twice per week.
