Role Overview 🚀

As our Senior Product Manager you will own the success and evolution of the marketplace within our platform, where employees discover, order and/or purchase benefits, services and products from our partners. You will set the marketplace product vision, strategy and roadmap, turning employee engagement into measurable outcomes such as conversion, repeat use, order value and revenue. The role combines product leadership with commercial thinking, giving you the opportunity to optimise the existing marketplace while helping shape new business models and revenue opportunities. Initially focused on the Nordics, you will also help make the marketplace modular and scalable so that its capabilities can support additional markets and platforms over time.

Responsibilities 🤘

• Own the marketplace vision, strategy and roadmap, translating employee, customer and commercial needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Define and track key marketplace metrics, using behavioural data, funnel analysis, segmentation and experimentation to improve conversion, engagement, repeat usage and revenue.

• Lead product discovery through customer research, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment, turning broad challenges into clear hypotheses, requirements and prioritised initiatives.

• Evolve the marketplace proposition and business model together with Partner Success, identifying and evaluating new commercial models, product capabilities and revenue opportunities.

• Explore how AI can improve the employee experience through e.g. personalisation, recommendations, smarter search and conversational support.

• Balance value for employees, clients, suppliers and the business, building business cases and forecasts to guide product decisions and investment.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, product marketing and commercial teams to take initiatives from discovery and refinement through delivery, launch and continuous improvement.

• Build modular and reusable marketplace capabilities that can support future platforms and expansion beyond the Nordic market.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Significant product management experience, ideally five years+, within a digital marketplace, e-commerce platform or another transaction-focused digital product.

• A strong track record of outcome-driven product management, with accountability for measurable results such as conversion, engagement, repeat usage, order value or revenue.

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience using behavioural data, product analytics, and experimentation to improve digital customer journeys.

• Experience leading product discovery and turning ambiguous commercial, customer or user challenges into research, hypotheses, product priorities and actionable roadmaps.

• Commercial acumen, including experience with business cases, forecasting, monetisation or revenue-generating product capabilities.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment, taking products or capabilities from discovery and prioritisation through launch and iteration.

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams, manage trade-offs and lead through influence.

• A pragmatic, curious and hypothesis-led mindset, combined with active use of AI tools for product research, analysis or specification work.
