About the Role As an Operations Specialist you'll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay. Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools. This is a hands-on, high-energy role with real opportunity to grow. You'll work onsite in Lahore, on a U.S. schedule, with direct coaching, training, and feedback from experienced leaders.

What You'll Do

Process new insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and premium payments.
Conduct fact-finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
Maintain and update client records accurately in the database.
Get on calls with customers and insurance carriers to gather information, answer questions, and ensure timely processing.
Perform data entry tasks with efficiency and a high degree of accuracy.
Assist in internal and external audits and compliance checks.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in documentation or company records.
Handle customers' queries and feedback professionally.
Support the creation of operational reports and analytics for management review.
Own the successful completion of operations projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Follow established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Achieve and consistently exceed project goals and performance metrics.
Manage time effectively to complete daily goals and tasks.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field.
0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player mentality, with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail, methodical, highly organized, and process-oriented.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools like HubSpot.
Comfortable working the night shift (8pm–5am Pakistan time / 8am–5pm PST).
Lahore-based and able to work onsite in our office.

Bonus Points

Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.
Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role.
Experience working at a startup.
