Your Role

You join our Sales team of five Account Executives as our first junior AE. Your job is to win new SME customers in France. You run the full sales cycle yourself, from the first discovery call to the signed contract, and you sell our whole Digital Trust offer: eSignature, identity and document verification, and e-seals. Your pipeline will directly feed the team's revenue targets for 2027.

Your Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle with French SMEs: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing, working leads from inbound and from our BDRs.

• Sell the whole offer, not just eSignature: show customers how identity and document verification and e-seals fit their needs.

• Build and manage your own pipeline: qualify opportunities, prospect on your own when needed and keep the CRM accurate.

• Work closely with BDRs, SDRs and Pre-Sales: give feedback on lead quality and bring in Pre-Sales on more technical deals.

• Work with Legal and Billing to close deals cleanly: contract terms, pricing and a smooth handover after signature.

• Share what you hear in the field with Product, Marketing and Growth: objections, competitors and customer needs.

Your Profile

• You have a first experience as a BDR or SDR in SaaS, and you know how to book meetings and qualify an opportunity.

• You ask good questions and can find the real business problem behind a request.

• You can run a clear demo and handle common objections. A first closing experience, even transactional, is a plus.

• You keep your pipeline and CRM in order and give an honest forecast.

• You want to succeed, you set yourself ambitious goals and you act without waiting to be asked.

• You explain things simply, you listen, and your emails are short and clear.

• You already use AI tools in your daily work to prepare calls, research accounts or follow up, and you like testing new ones.

• You are curious, you want to keep learning and you take feedback well.

• You want to be part of a growing team and project, not just fill a role.

• You speak French at a native or C2 level and English at a B2 level or above.

Salary

• France (Paris, Caen, Bordeaux): €37,000 to €44,000 base salary + €22,000 to €26,000 variable (on-target earnings €59,000 to €70,000)

• Spain (Barcelona): €31,000 to €37,000 base salary + €22,000 to €26,000 variable (on-target earnings €53,000 to €63,000)
