As a multidisciplinary consultancy, we combine technical expertise, creativity, and integrated delivery to lead complex, mission-critical projects.

About the Job

Ethos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer with 10+ years’ experience to join our Birmingham office, working closely with our established Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our new UK hub while delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the EMEA region.

As a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer, you will lead the design of mechanical building services within the data centre sector, managing projects across EMEA from concept through to client handover. You will take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams. In addition, you will mentor and support engineering staff, ensuring all deliverables align with our quality assurance standards and that project teams remain on track to meet deadlines.
