THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Account Manager to join one of our most active, most trusted account teams. You will be the operational backbone of a genuine 360 account - spanning digital, OOH, and TV, while building a direct, deeply trusted relationship with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client leadership

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, building trust-based relationships at multiple levels of their organisations.
• Stay close to their business realities; proactive, visible, and always one step ahead.
• Develop a deep understanding of each brand's market, competitive landscape, positioning, and tone of voice.
• Coordinate fluently with partner and multi-agency setups as required.
• Spot and capture new project opportunities within the account, and push them forward.
• Be ready to brainstorm, think on your feet, and run with new ideas.

Team leadership

• Support the mentoring and growth of 2 Account Executives, setting clear priorities and supporting their day-to-day growth.
• Work closely with the Group Account Director, building the structure and cooperative team culture the account runs on.

Project ownership

• Own end-to-end project management across a genuinely 360 mix of work - always-on organic social, digital, OOH, TV, content localisation, and a steady flow of shoots and productions - from brief to delivery.
• Review all deliverables with a sharp eye for brand consistency, production quality, and creative integrity.
• Keep all stakeholders, internal and external, aligned, informed, and unblocked.
• Maintain clear written briefs, shared project planning, and structured debriefs for every project.

Creative & strategic collaboration

• Brief, inspire, and champion the creative team, generating enthusiasm and maintaining trust throughout each project.
• Contribute actively to strategies that go beyond social: integrated campaigns and broader brand thinking.
• Stay close to the strategy team and bring genuine critical thinking to the relationship - you are not just relaying what the client says, but helping shape the thinking behind it.
• Collaborate with partner agencies on integrated moments, ensuring OSL's culture-first thinking strengthens the wider campaign ecosystem.
• Bring proactive ideas to clients. This role rewards initiative.

Financial & operational management

• Manage budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams with full transparency - tracking, flagging, and reporting with rigour.
• Own billing, invoicing, and PO processes; maintain a clear and shared financial overview of all activity.
• Anticipate and resolve project challenges early, keeping your Account Director informed with context and a recommendation - not just a problem.

YOUR PROFILE

• 6 years of experience running 360 campaigns in advertising, communications, or a related agency environment, with solid exposure to strategy, creative direction, and production.
• A track record of managing complex accounts; you are comfortable on set, in client meetings, and in budget reviews.
• Experience navigating cross-agency or multi-partner environments; you know how to collaborate without losing sight of your brand's interest.
• Strategic instincts that extend beyond social - curious about ATL, integrated campaigns, and broader brand thinking, with the critical thinking to help shape a client's strategy rather than simply relay it.
• Native in Dutch and fluent in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
• A natural relationship-builder and true team player with strong people skills, with clients,
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable shifting priorities and running with new ideas as they come up.
• Business-driven and commercially minded, yet highly accurate and structured, with real ambition to keep growing.
