Contracts Manager – Demolition Division

Competitive Salary + Company Vehicle + Career Progression + Exceptional Benefits

Join a Leading South West Contractor

Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd is a proud family-owned business that has been delivering industry-leading services since 1982. What started as a single owner-operated plant hire company has grown into a diverse group operating across Construction, Demolition, Waste Management, Plant Hire, and Transport throughout the South West and South Wales. Despite our growth, our family values remain at the heart of everything we do. We believe in supporting our people, investing in their development, and creating a workplace where hard work, integrity, and teamwork are genuinely valued.

Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Demolition Division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially minded professional to play a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of demolition projects, leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will be a key leader within the business, supporting site teams while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
