Regional ComEx & Digital Marketing Manager

Who are we looking for?
Knauf Gypsum Northern and Eastern Europe (operates in 26 countries, including Nordics, Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, the Balkans, Greece & Cyprus) is searching for Regional Commercial Excellence & Digital Marketing Manager, who could be based in one of our countries, and who will drive digital experience and user insights initiatives, including website performance, SEO, social media, marketing automation, digital performance reporting, and digital asset management; monitor and analyze KPIs, such as conversion rates, CPA, pipeline growth; plan and rollout new commercial and digital to local markets.

What should you do?

• Drive digital experience and user insights initiatives, including website performance, SEO, social media, marketing automation, digital performance reporting, and digital asset management .

• Support and implementation of a commercial excellence toolbox by example for: CRM software (Salesforce), Customer Insight Management, Market Sizing Models, Customer Journey Development.

• Partner with Commercial Excellence / Digital change owners and market teams to align on adoption strategies, goals, best practices and targets, and continuously track the success of our digital solutions.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and pipeline growth, to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

• Plan and Rollout new commercial and digital to local markets to foster adoption.

What are your skills & knowledge required?

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the competence to conduct data-driven analysis and measure success.

• Solid project and program management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A strategic and creative thinker who partners with markets to develop impactful, localized adoption measures, while having a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and transformation

• Fluent in English

• Ability to travel (30% of time) and to work in multinational environment.
