Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an articulate, detail-oriented, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization, patients, legal representatives, and key external partners. You will oversee front-office communication, manage sensitive medical case statuses, coordinate interdepartmental workflows, and ensure complete data privacy and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage high-volume priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Client & Interpersonal Communication: Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for patients, legal representatives, and external partners, maintaining a respectful and welcoming demeanor across all interactions.

• Call Routing & Inbound Management: Efficiently manage high-volume incoming inquiries, directing calls to appropriate departments based on needs assessment and operational workflows.

• Medical Status Coordination: Deliver accurate, timely status updates regarding patient care pathways, including appointment confirmations, medical records/reports, and treatment follow-up schedules.

• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Address and resolve patient and client inquiries with discretion, systematically escalating complex concerns to relevant departmental leaders when required.

• Front Office Operations: Oversee front office workflows to ensure a highly organized, efficient, and professional administrative environment.
