We are looking for a data-driven, highly execution-oriented Head of Business Operations to act as the central operational engine for the business.

Working directly with the CEO and Executive Management Team, you will orchestrate strategic initiatives and serve as an accelerator across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions

Your main mission is to turn high-level business strategy into continuous, weekly, seamless execution. 
You will work closely with the CEO to keep our organization aligned and accountable to core KPIs, run the heartbeat of weekly operations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous momentum across the business.
You’ll help lead different partnerships and strategic initiatives.This is a high-impact seat at the table that requires sharp business instincts, mastery of SaaS metrics, and the rare ability to lead and influence senior leaders without formal authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic PMO & Cross-Company Execution: Own end-to-end program management for core cross-functional initiatives, making sure company goals move quickly from high-level strategy to weekly action.
• GTM Alignment & KPI Management: Partner directly with Marketing, Sales, RevOps leadership to keep the entire revenue funnel aligned. Operating Rhythm & Cadence: Own and drive the executive operational rhythm, including weekly GTM execution syncs, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), QBRs, and executive board prep.
• Metrics & Business Insights: Dive deep into company data to spot performance gaps, operational risks, and growth opportunities early. Translate raw data into clear, actionable executive insights.
• Streamlining & Optimization: Spot operational friction or silos across departments, build clear, scalable solutions, and rally cross-functional teams to adopt changes smoothly.
• Strategic Partnerships - executing different partnerships with different parties. 
• Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO and management team—bringing rigor, focus, and relentless follow-through to all strategic discussions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven scale-up Experience: at least 5+ years in leading Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Chief of Staff, or Strategy/Ops roles within a scaling B2B SaaS environment. You bring wealth of experience and perspective
• GTM & SaaS Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, sales methodologies, and the key metrics driving Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• You are an impact-maker, able to Influence Without Authority: Proven track record of bringing senior leaders together, driving accountability, and steering multi-department projects without direct reporting lines.
• Analytical Precision: Exceptional data skills—able to parse complex datasets, spot underlying operational trends, and tell compelling business stories through metrics.
• Obsession with Detail: An eagle eye for detail and precision across everything you touch—from executive financial models and board decks to process docs and weekly tracking.
• Flawless English: Native or near-native written and verbal English communication. You get straight to the point, write clearly, and present persuasively to C-level executives.
• High-Tempo Bias for Action: Self-starter with high EQ, low ego, and a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
