🎯 What You Will Be Working On

• New Business: Own your quota, qualify and close new customers

• Business Cases: Build convincing business cases with a clear ROI that get budget approved

• Multithreading: Build champions on every level of the customer organization and pull decision-makers in early, up to C-level. That is how six-figure deals close in a few months, not years

• Teamwork: Work closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, GTM, Customer Success and Forward Deployed Engineers. Enterprise deals are won as a team, not alone

🧠 What We Are Looking For

• A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with overperformance against quota

• Experience with complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

• Extreme ownership: You own the outcome, not just the task. When a deal stalls, you find the way forward

• Resilience: Enterprise deals take months and some fall apart late. When things go wrong, you stay calm and keep going

• Real coachability: You want to get better at all cost. We encourage a strong Feedback Culture.

• On site in Munich, with occasional customer travel and a higher intensity than a 9-to-5 job

• Native-level German (C2) and business-fluent English

Nice to have: Experience with key stakeholders in German industry
