Meaningful Work From Day One

In this role, you will take full ownership of the iconic Jack Daniel's trademark across Czechia and Slovakia—looking after our flagship Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey (Old No. 7) alongside our Flavored portfolio (Honey, Fire, Apple, Blackberry). You will shape our media presence, drive brand activations at top music festivals, and partner closely with Commercial teams to fuel sustainable brand equity and growth.

What You Can Expect

• Builds and executes annual brand plans for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey and Flavors across Czechia and Slovakia. From conducting thorough situational and market analyses and evaluating category trends to deriving sharp insights and building actionable execution roadmaps.
• Significantly contributes to the annual media briefing for both markets and acts as the primary day-to-day partner for media agencies, guiding campaign preparation and launches across TV, Digital, OOH, and innovative formats.
• Steers high-impact festival and event activations (e.g., Rock for People in CZ) adapting flexibly to evolving sponsorship opportunities to deliver unforgettable consumer experiences.
• Partners closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to co-create channel activation plans, bringing consumer and brand insights into key On-Trade (WHS, BaReCa) and Off-Trade (retail) growth initiatives.
• Manages the overall brand budget, regularly tracking marketing spend.
• Tracks sell-in/sell-out performance, media performance and brand health metrics.
• Actively participates in the monthly sales & operational planning process to ensure commercial execution aligns with brand strategy.
• Acts as the primary "Brand Guardian" for Jack Daniel's, knowing the brand identity inside out to ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints while thoughtfully adapting execution to fit the specific channel and placement context.
• Teams up with external creative, media, and production agencies to deliver engaging local campaigns that respect global brand guidelines while hitting local market nuances.

What You Bring to the Table

• Relevant Brand Management Experience: Proven track record in FMCG brand management with full portfolio responsibility (typically 3+ years of experience).
• Media & Campaign Coordination: Solid experience contributing to media strategies and partnering with media agencies across digital, TV, and out-of-home channels.
• Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to connect brand strategy with commercial execution, understanding what drives growth in retail, WHS and BaReCa channels.
• Analytical & Data Storytelling Skills: Ability to turn market trends, data and performance metrics into clear, actionable insights that shape brand strategy, and the communication skills to translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives for cross-functional partners.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects, such as new product launches, major consumer activations, or event sponsorships.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and native Czech or Slovak.
