At Saskatoon North Hyundai, we’re looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager who brings energy, focus and genuine care to every part of the sales floor.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to lead from behind a desk. You’ll be in the middle of the action—supporting deals, developing salespeople, maintaining strong performance and creating an environment where both the team and our guests can feel the difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the daily rhythm of the sales floor, including appointments, deals, follow-ups and team energy
• Work deals alongside the team, providing strategy, structure and support
• Drive strong gross and volume through disciplined desking and sales processes
• Maintain high standards for customer service and the Hyundai guest experience
• Monitor CRM activity, lead management and follow-up quality
• Coach and develop sales staff through daily feedback, accountability and encouragement
• Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to execute store initiatives and achieve targets
• Create a positive, competitive and team-focused sales culture

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum two years of automotive sales management experience
• Strong understanding of new and pre-owned vehicle deal structures
• Experience with CRM systems, lead management and sales reporting
• Proven success achieving sales, gross and customer satisfaction targets
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and hold a sales team accountable
• A passion for people, performance and doing business the right way
