We are looking for

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Full Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway

• FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to client activation. If you think cold-calling is for SDRs only, this position is not for you!

• You will generate new meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels

• You will engage with a wide range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.) to solve their pain points.

• You will lead negotiations with potential clients until go-live

• You will act as main POC with the client before the handover to Customer Success

• You will forecast revenue and contracts on a monthly basis, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline

Your Basic Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of successful track record selling and closing experience into medium-large companies

• You have an excellent level of English (all the onboarding process is in English) and you are native in Spanish

• You have strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold-calling

• You’re familiar with MEDDPICC as a sales methodology and forecasting framework

• You’re comfortable with long sales cycle and selling to different stakeholders within the same account

• “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.

• Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day

• Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes

• Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

We are also interested in

• Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups /

• Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
