Logistics / Dispatch Coordinator

At SecondShop, we’re a team of Canadians who believe in doing better—for our country, your wallets, and our planet.

We started with a simple idea: why should perfectly good products go to waste or sit unsold when people like you are out there looking for smart ways to save? We have made it our mission to source the highest quality open-box, overstocked, and scratch-and-dent products from the top brands - offering them to Canadians at up to 50% off. But we are not just about savings—we’re about changing how people shop. Say goodbye to paying full price and hello to smarter spending.

We’re looking for multiple Logistics / Dispatch Coordinators in Burlington, Ontario, Regina, Saskatchewan and Delta, BC to play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of our outbound logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating carriers and drivers, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring clear communication across teams. You’ll sit at the heart of our logistics engine, ensuring shipments move on time, carriers are held accountable, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers
• Track shipments and maintain accurate, real-time status updates in internal systems
• Proactively communicate delivery updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and internal teams
• Present and follow up on weekly carrier scorecards, driving performance and accountability

• Maintain accurate lane-based rate cards, carrier contact details, and escalation protocols
• Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with transportation regulations
• Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries promptly
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on delivery performance, lead times, and carrier reliability
• Work Tuesday-Saturdays regularly

• Exposure to end-to-end supply chain execution in a scaling business
• A collaborative, no-nonsense operations culture focused on execution and accountability
