Duties and responsibilities

Providing general office administrative support
Word processing, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings or events
Preparing reports, creating spreadsheets, and performing data entry
Assisting with the processing of government requirements, such as permit and visa renewals
Running various errands, including collecting payables from clients
Assisting with procurement processes
Maintaining internal databases related to asset management
Processing permits, including but not limited to PEZA, business, BIR, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth requirements
Supporting the Legal Department with SEC regulatory requirements, as well as BOI and DOLE processing of work permits for foreign employees
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage projects and ensure positive outcomes that contribute to company success

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Thorough knowledge of government compliance requirements (including Business Permits, BIR, and PEZA)
Adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
