REVEL is an AI robotics company developing physical intelligence for general-purpose humanoid robots. We capture the force, dexterity and intent of human work with our Neural Gambit wearable, and use it to train RAI, the intelligence that powers our robots. Our R&D and engineering facilities are in Prague, Czech Republic.

The role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the people who build our robots. We are growing fast and hire several people every month across engineering and operations. You will own a set of open roles from the first conversation with the hiring manager to the signed offer, and make sure every candidate gets a quick, clear answer along the way.

You will join our small Talent Acquisition team and work directly with our Talent Acquisition Lead, our engineers and the founders. You will have real autonomy over your roles and a say in how we hire as the team grows. You do not need to be a robotics expert. You do need to learn fast, handle volume without losing quality and enjoy talking to engineers. This is a full-time role based on-site at our Prague office and lab in Hostivař (U Pekáren 1645/1), Monday to Friday.

What you'll do

• Run the full hiring cycle for your roles: intake with the hiring manager, job ad, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and handover to onboarding.

• Screen high volumes of applications quickly and consistently against a written scorecard for each role.

• Hold first-round phone screens: motivation, experience, salary expectations, notice period and, for international candidates, relocation.

• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, referrals, universities and technical communities for the roles job boards do not fill.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews and on-site lab days with our engineers and founders.

• Keep Ashby accurate: every candidate in the right stage, feedback collected on time and every applicant given an answer.

• Post and refresh job ads on LinkedIn, jobs.cz, StartupJobs and other boards.

• Build talent pools of strong candidates for future roles.

• Help run our referral programme, career fairs and hiring events.

• Track your funnel and share what is working, and what is not, in our weekly hiring meeting.

Who we're looking for

• 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, in-house or at an agency.

• High-volume hiring experience: you have run many roles at once and screened hundreds of applications without leaving candidates waiting.

• Recruiting experience in tech, engineering or the machinery and manufacturing industry.

• At home in a fast-paced startup environment, where priorities can change within a week.

• Autonomous: you plan your own work, follow up without reminders and move candidates forward without waiting to be asked.

• A team player who works well with hiring managers and interviewers, and shares candidates, ideas and credit with the rest of the team.

• Clear, warm communication with candidates, including when the answer is no.

• Fluent English for daily work with candidates and colleagues. Czech is a strong plus.

• Able to work full-time on-site at our Prague office in Hostivař, Monday to Friday.

Bonus points, but not essential

• Hands-on experience with Ashby.

• Experience hiring engineers internationally, including relocation or work visas.

• Experience with sourcing tools.

What this role is not

This is not an HR generalist role. You will not run payroll, contracts or HR administration. It is not a recruitment coordinator role either: you own your roles end to end, not just the calendar. It is also not a remote, hybrid or part-time job. It is a full-time, on-site role with real responsibility.
