What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.
• Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.
• Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.
• Approve Purchase Orders
• Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.
• Solved any rejections and worked with the returns.
• Provide status to the sales team or the customer.
• Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service.
• Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook
• ERP/CRM Experience
• Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
