Manager, Platform Growth (Hong Kong Market)

About the Role

The role at GOGOX is dedicated to driving holistic solutions that maximize marketplace transactions while maintaining a healthy service level for our users. We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven Manager, Platform Growth to lead our market expansion efforts in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor—a strategic growth builder focused day in and day out on scaling our platform. You will step away from day-to-day operations to focus entirely on unlocking new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be expanding our last-mile logistics and lively/lifestyle transportation services (such as pet transport, luggage-heavy airport pick-ups, etc.)

To succeed, you will need to deeply understand our operational strengths, wear many hats, work smart, and iterate quickly to convert market opportunities into sustainable growth.

What You Will Deliver

• Autonomous Growth Strategy: Proactively identify, design, and execute strategic initiatives to grow the platform business across the Hong Kong market.

• Business Development & Partnerships: Source, pitch, and secure high-impact strategic partnerships with external entities (such as travel platforms, retail brands, e-commerce sellers, and pet industry hubs) to unlock new, recurring demand channels.

• Category Expansion: Spearhead growth strategies tailored specifically for last-mile delivery and specialized consumer transport use cases.

• Product-Led Growth: Drive marketplace product and capability enhancements by defining and articulating business requirements, ensuring our app and booking features effectively serve target users.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide insights to Business Analytics (for pricing strategy and supply-demand data), and align with Marketing and Operational Teams to ensure growth campaigns are aligned with platform capabilities and unit economics.

• Budgeting & ROI Optimization: Prepare the budget for your growth initiatives, optimizing spend to maximize campaign effectiveness and overall ROI.

Who You Are

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, or operations with frequent use of analytics or data. Experience in on-demand tech platforms, logistics, or two-sided marketplaces is strongly preferred.

• Autonomous & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A true self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor, with the drive to generate leads, pitch partners, and execute campaigns independently from day one.

• Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to evaluate business tradeoffs and make sound strategic decisions with clear commercial objectives in mind.

• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Previous experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large datasets to evaluate campaign performance and identify growth bottlenecks.

• Project & Stakeholder Management: A proven track record of effective stakeholder management and project execution across cross-cultural and functional teams.

• Platform & Operational Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp GOGOX’s operational capabilities and driver network strengths to design practical, execution-ready growth strategies.

• Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with Hong Kong's consumer landscape, last-mile logistics trends, and urban lifestyle behaviors.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in both English and Cantonese.
