Junior Digital & OMC Marketing Execution Manager - Idorsia

Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search and Interim are looking for a highly motivated and digitally savvy Junior Digital & OMC Marketing Execution Manager with a strong interest and competence in omnichannel customer engagement to Idorsia. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies across the Nordic markets, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience through both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and external agencies, you will contribute to the optimization of omnichannel campaigns that deliver value to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Digital & OMC Marketing Execution

• Support the development and execution of Nordic brand plans aligned with business objectives.

• Contribute to launch planning and execution of our innovative medicine QUVIVIQ and coming products in the pipeline.

• Monitor brand performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Work closely with the Nordic Senior Brand Manger and Nordic Marketing assistant to support budget management and marketing project execution.

Omnichannel Strategy and Execution

• Drive the implementation of omnichannel customer engagement activities across Nordic markets.

• Coordinate campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

• Collaborate with marketing automation and CRM teams to optimize customer journeys and segmentation.

• Support personalization initiatives based on customer insights and engagement data.

Data and Customer Insights

• Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve channel effectiveness in close collaboration with Headquarter support functions.

• Monitor key KPIs and develop regular performance reports.

• Support customer journey mapping and stakeholder segmentation initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Nordic and local teams in Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and Sales.

• Actively improve our omnichannel assets and together with headquarter support functions ensure timely updates and improvements.

• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or corresponding roles.

• Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry is mandatory.

• Experience with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement initiatives is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of omnichannel marketing principles and customer journey design.

• Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign measurement.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is considered an advantage.

• Fluent (spoken and written) Swedish and English are required.

Location: Nordic headquarters Stockholm (hybrid working model)
Reporting to: Commercial Director Nordics
Travel: Approximately 20% within the Nordic region
