What you will do:

• Support metric monitoring, handle ad hoc data requests, and explain anomalies.

• Run A/B tests end-to-end: generating ideas, building dashboards, monitoring, closing tests, preparing insights, and developing hypotheses for future iterations.

• Identify growth opportunities and key dependencies within the product.

• Improve and develop existing analytics tools and processes.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, plus ad hoc research to support strategic decisions.

• Handle operational tasks related to product development and growth.

What do you need to join us:

• 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, or consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG), or in other data-related roles.

• Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify cause-effect relationships.

• Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• A proven track record of success in current or past roles.

• A genuine eagerness to learn fast and grow professionally.

• Alignment with the values of our team (more about us - here).

• Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.

• An office with reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.

• Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.

• Personal development plan.

• Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.

• Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.

• Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.

• Corporate holidays.

• Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine. Find out more about our projects here.
