We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Account Manager for Broker Clients to manage, nurture, and grow our portfolio of small-to-medium enterprises, real estate brokerages, and independent licensed brokers.

Job Purpose

The Account Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and client value across an assigned portfolio through proactive relationship management, retention, upselling, and product adoption.

This role requires strong sales execution, effective portfolio prioritization, and a consultative approach to helping clients improve their performance on Lamudi | DotProperty network of platforms

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high-volume client portfolio, identifying commercial opportunities, and consistently delivering against revenue and productivity targets in a hybrid

Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio Management & Client Retention

• Manage an assigned portfolio of brokerage accounts and independent brokers, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship development.

• Proactively monitor account health, subscription activity, product utilization, and client performance to identify potential churn risks.

• Develop and execute retention strategies to improve client satisfaction, renewal rates, and portfolio stability.

• Maintain consistent monthly outreach, client consultations, and follow-up activities to support revenue targets.

• Collaborate with Product, and Support teams to resolve client challenges and improve account performance.

2. Revenue Growth & Account Renewal and Expansion

• Drive monthly revenue targets through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and account upgrades.

• Develop account growth plans to increase recurring revenue and move clients into higher-value subscription tiers.

• Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.

• Proactively manage upcoming subscription renewals to minimize revenue loss and service interruptions.

• Engage clients ahead of expiration dates to secure renewals and identify opportunities for account expansion.

3. Listing Performance & Product Adoption

• Analyze client listing performance, lead generation trends, to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide actionable recommendations on listing quality, pricing, property descriptions, images, and digital visibility.

• Encourage consistent product utilization and maximize the value clients receive from their subscriptions.

• Educate clients on using LamudiPro tools and dashboards to improve listing performance and lead generation opportunities.

4. Collections Coordination

• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance to support timely collections.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, telesales, or customer success. Experience handling SMEs, real estate brokers, or selling digital subscriptions is a massive advantage.

• Onsite Work Requirements:

  • Must be willing to report to the Makati corporate office 5 days a week.

  • Must have a reliable home internet connection (minimum 25-50 Mbps) and a quiet, dedicated remote workspace for cases of work-from-home requirement.

  • Attributes: Self-disciplined, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision during remote days.

  • Skills:

    • Strong ability to manage a large volume of clients simultaneously without sacrificing quality of service.

    • Natural talent for upselling and overcoming objections over the phone and via video calls.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
