What you’ll be doing...

This role requires a visionary technology  leader who will champion the integration of Generative AI technologies into our projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive innovation, enhance product offerings, and create efficient solutions that align with our strategic goals.

1. AI Architecture, Agentic Systems & MLOps

• Agentic Workflows & Digital Workers: Design and operationalize GenAI-powered agents, LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks that function as digital workers—automating complex decision-making for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), ordering, orchestration, inventory, and service assurance.
• Process Mapping & Platform Integration: Analyze enterprise workflows to define operational logic, boundary conditions, and guardrails for agents deployed on the AI platform, ensuring high reusability and fast speed-to-value.
• Foundation Model Management: Integrate state-of-the-art foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source via Hugging Face/vLLM) while managing model routing, latency budgets, token cost optimization, and semantic caching.
• LLMOps & Governance: Establish MLOps/LLMOps pipelines featuring real-time model monitoring, fine-tuning, safety guardrails, automated CI/CD deployments, and evaluation pipelines (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix) to guarantee output quality, security, and compliance.

2. Full Stack & Distributed Systems Architecture

• End-to-End Systems Engineering: Oversee the architectural blueprint for web applications, microservices, and event-driven asynchronous pipelines across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
• High-Performance Frontends: Architect dynamic, real-time user interfaces capable of streaming response handling (Server-Sent Events / WebSockets) and dynamic AI UI components. NodeJS, Angular is a must.
• API & Microservices Design: Build robust, highly concurrent, low-latency APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and microservice layers powering critical enterprise workflows.

3. Cloud, Data Engineering & Analytics

• Multi-Cloud & Streaming Strategy: Build and scale data analytics and real-time streaming pipelines across cloud environments (AWS, GCP) to handle high-throughput customer, partner, and employee transactions.
• Data Persistence Models: Architect hybrid data persistence frameworks combining relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL platforms (MongoDB, DynamoDB), and high-precision vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, pgvector).
• Ingestion Pipelines: Design data ingestion, chunking, and embedding workflows to transform unstructured organizational knowledge into high-precision search platforms.

4. Technical Leadership, Execution & Stakeholder Management

• Engineering Standards & Roadmaps: Set technical roadmaps, architectural standards, API contracts, and design patterns across global engineering squads.
• Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner closely with Product Management, Partner Solutions, Public Sector, and Technology Transformation teams to translate complex customer RFPs, migrations, and product goals into engineering blueprints.
• Delivery & Global Team Management: Direct software execution across hybrid onshore, offshore, and vendor IT teams using Agile and DevOps methodologies to maximize engineering velocity and throughput.
• Validation & Iterative Review: Lead technical reviews and demos with stakeholders to validate feature alignment against policy and operational constraints, rapidly integrating user feedback into system specs.
• Leading the technology charter for the development, engineering and solutioning using the latest technology stack infusing AI into the product development

  •  Championing the adoption of Generative AI technologies across the organization.
  •  Identifing emerging trends and opportunities in AI and propose innovative solutions.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate team members on Generative AI technologies and best practices
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
  • Establishing metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions.
  • Continuously assessing and optimize AI models and algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensuring that AI implementations adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Advocating for responsible AI practices within the organization.
  • Developing highly-available applications and service stacks in production environments.
  • Providing architectural oversight for systems and services
  • Promoting, implementing, and educating about Agile software development
  • Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with business objectives
  • Bringing in new ideas towards unlocking the unarticulated needs of our customers in the Digital channels infusing AI
  • Delivering on the AGILE KPI’s and driving incremental improvements on Quality, Supply Demand Capacity, on time completion of milestones and positive business outcomes

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as an AI architect or similar role, with a focus on Generative AI
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
• Software development experience in a diverse set of areas including scalable web applications
• Experience in Java/J2EE application development including experience leading a technical team in such web technologies.
• Experience in a DevOps software development environment.
• Experience migrating web applications to Cloud (AWS, Oracle Cloud or Cloud Foundry etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of Docker/Container technologies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• Evaluate and choose appropriate technologies, design patterns, and algorithms for the development of robust and scalable software solutions
• Innovation mindset
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills ability to assimilate data from varied sources, apply deductive reasoning and scientific method, make inferences, draw testable conclusions, and resolve problems.
• Experience in virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Experience in building large scale systems-management, network monitoring systems, and monitoring applications.
• Ability to handle teams from multiple locations and working in an onshore/offshore model.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
• Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures.
