Why You'll Love This Opportunity

Join an innovative healthcare program supporting the health center at Lesley University while partnering with the BILH Virtual Primary Care Program. This program operates Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM with no call coverage in the shared program. Hours are not guaranteed for this per diem position. The clinic currently serves fewer than 500 patients annually, allowing for meaningful student engagement and a personalized care experience.

You'll work in a welcoming Cambridge location surrounded by restaurants, a bookstore, a fitness center, and other conveniences. Employees enjoy free parking and an outfitted break room. These roles will primarily support the university health center and assist the Virtual Care team as needed.

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Virtual Primary Care is seeking an innovative and patient-centered Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience or Licensed Practice Nurse with 10+ years of experience to serve in a unique role embedded on a university campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position bridges the gap between in-person student outreach and virtual care delivery, supporting BILH's mission to make high-quality primary care accessible to the university community.

The nurse operates as an outreach, facilitation, and care coordination resource, working in close partnership with BILH Virtual Primary Care providers who conduct all clinical assessments and decision-making through telehealth visits. This hybrid site will not function as a traditional clinical care site but will provide point of care testing to augment virtual visits. The university is providing dedicated quiet space rooms equipped with computers and video capabilities to support private, high-quality virtual visits for enrolled students.
