Job Description & Summary

Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development.

Support the team to execute the Assurance Learning & Development agenda. Some examples include:

Support senior team members in collaborating with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs to support business goals
Help to implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions/enhancements
Have a good understanding about the ‘Future of Learning’ needs, able to design programmes using innovative ways including action learning, self-directed learning, digital learning, blended learning etc. 
Support senior team members in working with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs
Deliver and facilitate learning solutions (with support from senior team members, where needed)
Help to assess the effectiveness and impact of the learning solution by leveraging technology where appropriate and use learning analytics to draw insight and make data-driven decisions.
End to end management of learning solutions with proven experience in project management and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment
Manage regulatory requirements and reporting to ensure full compliance
Provide suggestions and execute process enhancement to drive efficiencies
Have fun as you work with the team

Preferred skills

Minimum 4 year experience working in the field of Learning & Development, Consulting, Psychology, Accounting or in External Audit
Excellent project management & problem solving skills
Able to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders while delivering high quality work within deadlines given
Good attention to details
Understanding of adult learning theory; learning needs and performance gap analysis; instructional design, development and implementation; and assessment/evaluation of learning.
