Position Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Account Manager to support our Personal Insurance team in servicing high net worth clients. This role partners closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional client service and ensure efficient handling of policy administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in servicing high net worth personal insurance accounts.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
- Obtain and compare insurance quotes from carriers.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and distribute client and carrier documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with renewal preparation and marketing activities.
