Job Summary:

The HR Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day HR operational activities and providing employee support across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate processing of HR transactions, maintenance of employee records, hire, onboarding, daily support activities, and compliance with established procedures and policies. The Coordinator serves as a key operational resource, delivering efficient and timely HR services while maintaining data accuracy and a positive employee experience.

What you will do:

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Support employees with benefit-related inquiries, including health plans, meal vouchers, savings programs, insurance plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain and audit employee data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
• Manage HR service requests and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.
• Coordinate benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support HR operations.
• Create and maintain HR documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Intermediate level. 
• Proficiency in Workday, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office.

Skills You Must Have:

• Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• HR Policies, Standards and Procedures: Knowledge of human resource function; ability to uphold the organization's and industry's standards, procedures and policies regarding human resources management.
• HR Operations: Knowledge of human resources (HR) policies, operational processes and considerations; ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.
