What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Greet clients and patients warmly, facilitate check-ins and check-outs
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations using approved processes
• Welcome and onboard new clients with clear information on hospital services and policies
• Communicate professionally through telephone, email, text, and in person
• Support hospital operations through efficient reception flow and client service
