What you’ll do:
The HR Shared Services Administrator provides critical HR operational and administrative support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. This role ensures accurate maintenance of employee data, supports HR systems and processes, contributes to service excellence, and assists with continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services function. The position plays an important role in delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused HR support. Key responsibilities:- Maintain and process employee data transactions accurately within HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
- Validate HR data and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Maintain employee records and support the secure management of confidential employee information.
- Generate, retrieve, and prepare HR reports, records, and other workforce-related information as required.
- Support managers, employees, and HR partners by responding to HR administrative inquiries and facilitating HR processes.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience within HR Shared Services.
- Support employee engagement activities, HR programs, and cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
- Promote company values, collaboration, and a positive employee experience through professional and customer-focused service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel for basic data entry, sorting, filtering, and reporting activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to work on a night shift and/or rotating shift schedule.
- Willingness to work on hybrid setup (3x per week) in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park).
