The Global Risk & Resilience Organization establishes and maintains Honeywell's enterprise-wide resilience framework, governance model, policies, standards, and minimum program requirements to ensure the company can effectively prepare for, respond to, recover from, and adapt to operational disruptions.

As the Global Director, Risk & Resilience Program Governance, you will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for the strategy, governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of Honeywell's resilience program, including Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, and Incident Management Governance. You will define and maintain the enterprise resilience framework, ensuring consistency, accountability, and effective risk management across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) and corporate functions and partnering closely with SBG Risk & Resilience leaders who are accountable for implementing and operationalizing the program within their businesses. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring resilience capabilities remain aligned with Honeywell's business objectives, risk profile, and operational priorities.

This role is responsible for establishing minimum program standards, governance requirements, metrics, reporting, training, and maturity expectations for resilience.

Additionally, you will partner closely with Honeywell's Third-Party Cyber Risk and Supplier Resilience leader to ensure suppliers and external partners critical to business continuity are aligned to enterprise resilience requirements and governance expectations, strengthening Honeywell's ability to withstand and recover from third-party disruptions.

You will lead governance of Honeywell’s Global Security policies, standards, and Technical Control Manuals, overseeing their lifecycle to keep requirements current, risk-informed, and aligned with business and regulatory needs. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will integrate resilience requirements, monitor compliance and control effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement while enabling the business.
