As our Barista, you’ll help deliver an elevated coffee experience that reflects our hotel’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. From preparing expertly crafted espresso drinks and beautiful latte art to offering thoughtful recommendations and anticipating guest needs, you’ll make every interaction feel personal and memorable. Your passion for coffee, attention to detail, and commitment to service will help create a welcoming café atmosphere.

Education and Experience

• Previous barista experience in specialty coffee, upscale cafés, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong espresso preparation, milk-texturing, and beverage presentation skills.
• Knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, brewing methods, and flavor profiles preferred.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Required food handler certifications and any applicable alcohol service permits must be obtained and maintained.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, glassware, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and during peak service periods as needed.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment and follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
