Role Overview
The Intern will support the Real Estate Investments team in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, preparing investment materials, and assisting with portfolio monitoring. This role provides exposure to acquisitions, asset management, fundraising, and strategic initiatives across real estate sectors in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Support underwriting and financial analysis of prospective investments.
- Conduct market, sector, and competitive research.
- Assist in preparing investment committee materials, presentations, and memoranda.
- Review due diligence materials, financial statements, leases, and operating reports.
- Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects.
