Personal Care Aide - Orchard Heights

Orchard Heights Senior Living in Orchard Park is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team. If you are passionate about supporting older adults and creating a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss, we would love to meet you!

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Full-time opportunities available

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions
