Tasks throughout the various roles can include:

• Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end
• Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects.
• Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.
• Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.
• Being a Kraft Heinz representative at career fairs and actively engaging in conversations with potential talents

Qualifications:
Job requirements:

• You are enrolled at university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
• You are nearing the end of your Bachelor's degree or pursuing your Master’s (ideally in HR management, Business Administration, Management).
• You have good knowledge of English & Czech in both written and spoken form.

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total 

This is a hybrid position - you will need to be based in Prague for the entire duration of the internship.
